And “Although, if you don't mind my saying so, there are much more congenial ways of becoming a celebrity than by having an exotic medical condition. If you simply must be a celebrity of some kind, I strongly recommend you consider Instagram or YouTube.”

Thanks for this kind feedback. Honestly, I hate to write about myself. So the only way I could bring myself to tell this story was by leavening it with a lot of self mockery. Something about laughing at yourself that just makes suffering more endurable too. So there's that. And you're right - my wife is a catch. Cheers!
